What is a Lead

Information about a property that you know is currently in the market. We require the property address and the owner's information. Once we have verified with the owner, it counts as a lead.

When will I receive my payment?

Once the property lead is fully verified (i.e., we confirm the owner and the property is genuinely for sale), payment of R150 will be processed and transferred to your nominated bank account within 48 hours of verification.

How does the compensation process work?

We process payments via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) directly into your South African bank account. You will be asked to provide your banking details after your first lead is successfully verified.

To ensure a smooth verification process, you must provide: 1. The full and correct Property Address. 2. The Owner's Full Name (First Name and Surname). 3. The Owner's Contact Information (Phone Number and/or Email Address).
